Case Work and Support

Getting to know who you are as a person by taking comprehensive health questionnaire helps me deliver care made for your mind, body and soul. You'll receive ongoing check-ins with me to keep you educated and motivated all from the comfort of your own home!

Root Cause

Discover the root cause of your health challenges by taking assessments or lab work that is recommended to you. This means looking at factors like your microbiome, vitamin and mineral levels, hormone status, food sensitivities and toxicities.

With a full picture of your health, your wellness plan is design based on your result and bio-individuality. Together, we will review them to ensure you are set up to see results.

Step 4: Ongoing Support

Your journey evolves with you--and by working with me, so does your care.
